Wattleseed online cooking class with Tracy Hardy

Join us at The Disabilty Trust Bega for our national reconciliation week event.
WHAT: Tracy Hardy of Gamilaroi descendent and founder of Wattleseed Nutrition, Health and Wellbeing, a wholly Indigenous owned and operated business, will be guiding participants (via teams online) in creating lemon myrtle bliss balls & choc wattleseed no bake slice with the group participants.
Tracy blends modern Permaculture Design Principles, Community and Public Health Nutrition, and Nutrition Counselling, Science and Therapies with Indigenous Knowledges and Philosophies to deliver a unique, inclusive and empowered learning experiences.
