Truth-telling and Hidden Histories

May 27 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am AWST

Join the Aboriginal History WA team as they take you on a journey through time to explore some of the less known histories of Western Australia. From the original Noongar place names of Perth through to the early granting of pastoral leases to Aboriginal men and women in the Kimberley and other regions and the history of incarceration at Wadjemup (Rottnest Island), this session is guaranteed to shed new light on the Western Australian story.
