National Reconciliation Week

2023 Events

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

The dates for NRW are the same each year; 27 May to 3 June.

Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a whole range of activities.

You can also add your own event to this calendar or register your private event.

Please note: the events posted below are not the responsibility of Reconciliation Australia. If you have any questions regarding an event, please contact the organisers.

Reconciliation Week 2023 Yarn with Red Dust

31 May @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm AEST

Come Yarn with Red Dust as we celebrate Reconciliation Week 2023.

Keeping up with the momentum for change, the National Reconciliation Week 2023 theme is, “Be a Voice for Generations”.

The theme encourages all Australians to be a voice for reconciliation in our everyday lives – where we live, work and socialise.

For the work of generations past, and the benefit of generations future, act today for a more just, equitable and reconciled country for all.

National Reconciliation Week (Saturday, 27 May to Saturday, 3 June) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute and work towards achieving reconciliation in Australia.

This is a free event (Optional Tax Deductible Donation).
