National Reconciliation Week

2023 Events

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

 

The dates for NRW are the same each year; 27 May to 3 June.

 

Every year workplaces, schools, early learning services, community groups, reconciliation groups, and people right across the country host a whole range of activities.

 

You can also add your own event to this calendar or register your private event.

Bass Coast Reconciliation Forum

2 June @ 10:30 am - 3:00 pm AEST

The Bass Coast Reconciliation Network invites representatives from industry, business, schools, community groups and local residents to be a part of two special interactive discussion panels to become a champion for reconciliation (not gammin way!)

The panel discussions are:
– Community Voices – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander special guests and local community yarn about truth-telling and their perspective on the Reconciliation Action Plan process.

– Reconciliation Action Plans – the people working on Reconciliation Action Plans in their organisations will share their experiences alongside Nicole Findlay, CEO of Reconciliation Victoria.
